Prior to coming back from Hong Kong to Okinawa in 2019, Yasuhisa KINUKAWA had been living and practicing law in Hong Kong for more than 7 years. He spent a lot of time and gained unparalleled experience of various cases including but not limited to, cross-border inheritance, multi-national wealth planning, international business transaction and multi-national corporate matters including disputes in litigation/arbitration, reorganization, M&A, employment, winding-up, subsidiary management and any other general corporate matters. He was “the first and only Hong Kong solicitor” who was at the same time qualified as the attorney-at-law of Japan when he was first admitted Hong Kong solicitor in 2014.
